ABOUT PAWSH PUP

As a local online pet store, our mission is to save pet owners time through knowledge and delivery of holistic products. We believe proper diet, exercise, socialization and affection are essential for your pet's living a long and healthy life!

 

Pawsh Pup is located in Greater Cincinnati. Our inspiration came from our miniature Dachshund, Snoop. When Snoop came into our lives in 2005 I was playing for the Colorado Rockies. With all of the traveling Megan and I were going from city to city, we found ourselves frequenting many different pet boutiques. With the help of Colorado Canines and Colorado Petfitters our eyes were opened to the world of natural and organic pet foods. We started reading ingredients and doing research into what we were feeding Snoop. Unfortunately injuries cut our season short in 2006, but fortunately Pawsh Pup was born. Soon after the store was launched, many people were awakened by the harsh reality of what was going into certain pet foods with the pet food recall of 2007. Our condolences to the pets affected.

 

Also, we wouldn't be in existence without my mother, Bonnie Day. My Mom has owned and operated Loving Paws Kennel in West Harrison, Indiana for over 20 years. For the same amount time she has bred AKC Golden Retrievers. Pawsh Pup teamed up with Loving Paws Kennel to bring natural foods to her loyal dog lovers. Because of her care and knowledge, it's no wonder she gets customers calling her from all over the city. Loving Paws Kennel feeds natural human grade foods such as Canidae and California Natural for no additional charge. The dogs and her customers are an extension of the family and it shows.
