

Rescue groups plan to open pet food pantry in Cincinnati. Recycled Doggies, a non-profit Cincinnati Dog Rescue, and the Pet Alliance are opening the Cincinnati Pet Food Pantry to help owners who are currently unable to afford food for their pets.
